ANTIQUESTALL USER AGREEMENT 1. It should be understood by both buyers and sellers that the antiquestall.com and all its subsidiaries and associates is a meeting place for trade, and not in any way a party to that trade. The descriptions and warranties given by sellers are given on their own behalf and the appearance of them on this site is not an indication that the antiquestall either endorses or agrees with them. 2. By putting an item for sale on the antiquestall the seller agrees to indemnify and hold antiquestall, its officers, directors and agents harmless from any claim whatsoever due directly or indirectly from statements or actions of the seller. 3. Putting items for sale, selling or buying will in no way infer or create any agency, or relationship between antiquestall and any party. 4. It is the responsibility of both buyers and sellers to comply with all legal requirements when using our meeting place. 5. No person under the age of 18 may buy or sell on the site however the site may be viewed by minors and no material that is unsuitable for viewing by minors may be displayed. The rule is if in doubt DON'T. 6. Fees of 6% of the sale price will be charged to the seller on completion of a successful sale. These fees become due on any sale that is caused by the item being displayed or otherwise advertised on the antiquestall. (minimum commision £1 [GBP]) 7. any controversy that arises between buyer and seller or with any party and antiquestall shall be settled by arbitration by a single arbitrator under the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996 of Great Britain ,and this shall be the case where ever the sale takes place .The arbitrator to be appointed by the President for the time being of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors upon the advice of the most senior member of council in the chattels division. 8. The proprietors reserve the right to remove any item from sale or to direct that a description be changed for any reason whatsoever . In doing this they will not have to act reasonably. They will also be entitled to refuse to accept any item or indeed all items from a particular person with out declaring a reason. No liability of any sort will be attached to the antique stall or any member by such action.
