Circumference at top, middle and base is 2ft 5in. (74cm)
Weight: 6.7 kg each
In very good condition, but with some minor corrosion marks to the base of one of the vases (see pictures). These would polish out, but we have left the vases uncleaned and unrestored

They are quite heavy pieces (6.7 kg each). However they do break down into 3 pieces for storage / shipment
Will be delivered by next day courier service
These fabulous vases are a real decorators delight. They would look magnificent standing either side of an open fireplace or grand doorway. The openings at the top of the vases are a perfect size for standard 4" church candles.

The vases are not particularly old (maybe 60's or 70's), but they are well made from heavy brass and decorated in the Bidri style with red, pink, white and green enamel paint on a deep blue ground.

HALSTEAD ANTIQUES CENTRE

Halstead Antiques Centre is a family run antiques & collectables business situated in the beautiful Townsford Mill building in Halstead, North Essex. This year (2009) is our 25th anniversary year.

Townsford Mill, which straddles the River Colne, dates back to 1740 and was originally a water powered mill, but eventually gave way to steam. It was one of the first Courtauld's mills and produced the silk for Queen Victoria's mourning gowns. Surprisingly, the mill was still actively producing woven products right up until 1982. In 1984 it became an antiques centre. It now houses 90 antiques & collectables dealers showing their wares in 5000 sq.ft spread over two floors of the mill.
Some episodes of the TV programme Lovejoy were filmed at the mill. It is located at the bottom of Halstead's main shopping street, a
traditional style High Street with many interesting shops

.
The ground floor of the mill houses Dickens Restaurant and Cafe Bar, so why not make it a day out to remember with great food and drink in the beautiful surroundings of Townsford Mill.

Plenty of parking available.
